Fredy and Lindani are the Senior Pastors of Reach Church, overseeing both the Parramatta and Riverstone campuses, as well as the church’s charity arm, Lifelinks. They have been part of Reach Church since 2002 and were ordained in 2006. Over the years, Pastor Fredy has served in a full-time capacity as Associate Pastor, while also carrying responsibilities as Vice President, Vice Chairman of the Board, and Treasurer. Pastor Lindani has faithfully contributed through intercession, pastoral care, and hospitality. In 2024, they were appointed as Senior Pastors. Married for over 30 years and blessed with two sons, Pastors Fredy and Lindani are passionate about raising and equipping the next generation of leaders. Their heart is to see people grow through teaching, preaching, discipleship, evangelism, and missions, while creating practical opportunities to minister and mature in their calling. They also share a strong passion for welcoming new people, supporting families, and caring for the sick and needy. Together, they lead in vision casting, prayer, and stewardship, while motivating others towards the church’s mission through preaching, teaching, and mentoring. With a heart to discover and develop callings, they equip and release people into ministry so they grow as emotionally healthy disciples who serve God with integrity.

Joel serves as an Associate Pastor at Reach Church alongside his wife, Priya. With a deep love for God and for people, Joel is committed to faithfully living out the Lord’s call to preach the message of the cross, make disciples, baptize believers in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, and teach them to walk in obedience to Christ. The driving conviction behind his ministry comes from the words of the Apostle Paul: “All the things I once thought were so important are gone from my life. I consider them garbage so that I could embrace Christ and be embraced by Him."(Philippians 3:8-9). Because of this truth, Joel serves with the desire that people would discover the surpassing worth of knowing Jesus above everything else, experience the transforming power of Christ and live a victorious life with their eyes fixed on eternity.

Pastors Manoj and Sheilah have been faithfully serving since 1992, beginning as Youth Leaders and investing into many areas of church life, including men’s fellowship, Gifted Sisters (women’s ministry), street outreach, home Bible studies, pastoral care, and children’s ministry. They have a strong heart for missions and have ministered overseas, particularly in the Philippines. Manoj serves through preaching and teaching God’s Word, while Sheilah is passionate about women’s ministry, encouraging people to grow in their relationship with Jesus through prayer, commitment to Christ, and serving in their God-given calling. Outside of ministry, Manoj enjoys reading, gardening, and cooking, while Sheilah enjoys cleaning, picnics, hiking, and spending time with her grandchildren. Their lives are anchored in God’s Word, drawing strength from Psalm 100:2 and Psalm 91:1 as they continue to serve the Lord with gladness and remain rooted in His presence.

Pastor Daniel has been serving at Reach Church since 2016, first as a musician on the worship team before stepping into home group leadership and, in 2026, being appointed as Assistant Youth Pastor. He now provides leadership to the Youth and Young Adults Ministries while also overseeing Christian Education. With a deep passion for discipleship, worship, missions, and multicultural ministry, Pastor Daniel is committed to helping people grow in their relationship with Christ and become grounded in God's Word. He has a particular heart for raising the next generation of leaders, strengthening unity within the church, and extending Christ's love to those who are vulnerable. Through his leadership, he seeks to inspire others to live out their faith with purpose, compassion, and a heart for God's Kingdom.

Pastors Gary and Joyce were ordained into full-time ministry in 1975 in New Zealand where they served faithfully as pastors until God called them to Sydney. With a vision for Parramatta, they pioneered Reach Church, then known as New Life Church Parramatta, in 1991. From the beginning, Gary and Joyce welcomed people from every culture and background, reflecting Jesus’s heart for the nations. Under their leadership, the church grew into a vibrant, multi-ethnic community that today represents more than 40 nationalities. After decades of faithful service, they officially retired in 2014, but have continued to support the church through prayer, encouragement, and guidance, especially in seasons of transition.

Pastors Dale and Sigrid have been part of Reach Church since 2000 and were soon after recognised as pastors. In 2006, Dale stepped into full-time ministry, serving faithfully in teaching and pastoral leadership. After nearly two decades of full-time ministry, Dale retired from his staff role in 2025, leaving a lasting legacy of faithful service.
